About LORIN KUSCHILL

Lorin pronounced (Law-Reen) is a native of the Fiji Islands. She traveled to the U.S. at the age of 7 to live the American Dream with her family. She grew up in Monterey, CA and has remained in the area for over 28 years.

 

After high school, Lorin went into the hospitality industry where she learned that hands on customer service and working with clients one on one is something she really enjoyed. After working at world renown hotels like Bernardus Lodge in 2014, she came across a reservations position at Sanctuary Vacation Rentals where she learned more about rentals, leases, contracts, etc. After learning the ins and outs of the vacation rental business was when she realized that the Real Estate Industry might be her future.

 

She came across an opportunity with Treehouse Mortgage Group where she excelled in different areas including how to assist clients from start to finish with their purchase or refinance process. She enjoyed her time in the lending industry, which taught her how important it was to get clients pre-qualified before searching for properties. Also, helps clients set goals for the biggest investment of their lives. After spending a little over two years with Treehouse Mortgage Group she was ready to start a career. Ready for a new challenge, Lorin received her real estate salesperson license in the Spring of 2019, where is joined the mentor program at Keller Williams Coastal Estate. Since then, has had the pleasure of working with a few other brokerages.

 

Lorin and her husband Brandon purchased their first home in the City of Monterey where they resided for over 8 years with their dog Donny Ray and two cats. Since then, have moved to Prunedale, CA. They fill their free time hanging with friends and family, cooking, trying new wines, and vacationing in warm climates like Fiji, St.Croix, Hawaii, and Mexico.
