By combining her tech and agricultural background with her study of entrepreneurship and marketing, Kristen delivers a modern, innovative approach to her clients and their transactions. Leading the team at IKONIK Realty, her network of clients and connections spans across the US and beyond.
Born and raised in Carmel, Kristen thrives on sharing her knowledge about the local market, various neighborhoods, cultural and historical history of the area as well as community offerings, in order to help facilitate helping her clients find the perfect property. Kristen earned an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship and a specialized certificate in Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible (SEER) Business Strategy from Pepperdine University before growing her career in the tech and agricultural industries. By the time she moved back to her hometown to pursue her love of real estate, Kristen had the seasoned expertise to comfortably carve out this niche for herself. Thanks to her educational history, management of international estates, collaboration with C-suite executives, and service as a product manager liaison between restaurant owners and engineers, Kristen communicates effectively, nimbly adapting to any personality type. Her prior experience has helped her become the connected, business-savvy professional she is today.
Kristen’s interest in real estate was inspired by passion and pragmatism: She loved touring homes and also wanted a career with more flexibility after having children. Dedication and enthusiasm are hallmarks of her every interaction as she guides her clients through the process of making the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
When founding IKONIK Realty, Kristen had two goals in mind: to create an unparalleled real estate experience focused on service and forward-thinking ideology; and to help next-gen agents grow their business and network to help elevate their business and brands. When Kristen lives in Carmel with her husband, two children, two French Bulldogs, and her Bengal Cat. When she isn’t in the field helping clients buy their dream homes, you can find her with her at the beach, on a hike along the coast, playing tennis, or cooking up a gourmet meal with her friends and family.
